CLASSIC WHITE PIZZA

Ingredients: 12″ Senza Glutine Gluten Free Pizza Crust, 1/4 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 oz. Tomatoes Sliced Thin, 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic, 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning, 1/4 oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese, 2 oz. Sliced Onions, 1/2 oz. Sliced Black Olives, 1/2 oz. Crumbled Feta cheese, 5 oz. Shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 tsp Parsley Flakes

Directions
: Crust may be used frozen or thawed. Add toppings, place in oven directly on center rack, bake at 475 – 500 for 10 – 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cook times may vary depending on oven.


MEXICAN FIESTA PIZZA

Ingredients: 12″ Senza Glutine Gluten Free Pizza Crust, 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 12 oz. Black Beans, Drained, 6 oz. Chunky Salsa, 1/4 Cup Corn, 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic, ½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin, 2 oz. Onions, Sliced Thin, 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, Shredded, 2 oz. Sliced Black Olives, 1 oz. Jalapeno Peppers

Directions
: Crust may be used frozen or thawed. Combine black beans, salsa, corn, garlic and cumin. Spread mixture over crust. Sprinkle with onion, cheese and jalapeno. Place in oven directly on center rack, bake at 475 – 500 for 10 – 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cook times may vary depending on oven.


GREEK ISLES PIZZA

Ingredients: 12″ Senza Glutine Gluten Free Pizza Crust, 1/8 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 oz. Tomatoes Sliced Thin, 1/8 Teaspoon, Black Pepper, 1/4 Teaspoon Minced Garlic, Dash of Oregano, 1 oz. Sliced Onions, 3/4 oz. Sliced Black olives, 3/4 oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese, 1 oz. Spinach Cooked and Chopped, 1 & ½ oz. Shredded Mozzarella.

Directions
: Arrange sliced tomatoes evenly over the crust. Sprinkle pepper, garlic, and oregano over the tomatoes. Arrange onions, black olives, feta, and spinach on top of the seasoned tomatoes. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella on top. Place in oven directly on center rack, bake at 475 – 500 for 10 – 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cook times may vary depending on oven.


CARIBBEAN JERK PORK PIZZA

Ingredients: 12″ Senza Glutine Gluten Free Pizza Crust, 4 oz. Boneless Pork Loin (can substitute chicken), 4 oz. Barbeque Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon Jerk Seasoning, 2 oz. Sliced Shitake Mushrooms, 2 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 2 oz. Shredded Smoked Mozzarella Cheese, 2 oz. Grated Asiago Cheese

Directions
: Coat pork with jerk seasoning. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in sauté pan, sear pork on both sides, remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms for about 1 minute remove with slotted spoon, set aside. Slice pork into thin strips. In a small bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread barbeque sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms and sliced pork. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven directly on center rack, bake at 475 – 500 for 10 – 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cook times may vary depending on oven.


CHINESE CHICKEN PIZZA

Ingredients: 12” Senza Glutine Gluten Free Pizza Crust, 2 Teaspoons Sweet And Sour Sauce, 5 oz. Roasted, Shredded Chicken, 1 Tablespoon Hunan Hot And Spicy Sauce, 3 Tablespoons Cantonese Sauce, 2 oz. Chopped Scallions, 3 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 2 oz. Mixed Red And Yellow Bell Peppers, Julienned

Directions
: Spread sweet and sour sauce evenly over the crust. Combine the chicken with the Hunan and Cantonese sauces; spread evenly on top of the sweet and sour sauce. Sprinkle the pizza with the scallion, mozzarella and peppers, distributing them evenly. Place in oven directly on center rack, bake at 475 – 500 for 10 – 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
